There's ample parking on the side with an entrance near the underpass, compact car parking in front, and a ball field parking lot across the street. The staff is courteous and juggles a busy office well. The vets are kind and patient with repeat questions. There's not a whole lot of space on the waiting room to keep distance between pets, but it's clean, comfortable and has complimentary refreshments.

Always a nice visit. They take excellent care of my cat Clyde. I ended up going to them because my last vet would not see my cat (an established patient for 7+ years) for a sick visit. NVH saw us right away and antibiotics were prescribed. If I had waited the 4 days to get in to see my original vet, I don't think my cat would have survived. They treat your pets like family. That is a big comfort to me. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone that wants the best for their pets.

I’ve been taking my animals to Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital for more than 20 years and I am very happy with the quality of care my animals receive. I feel that the doctors and support staff listen to my concerns and help find solutions to whatever issues my pets are having. I can call anytime and speak with the folks there and always feel that my concerns are valid and I feel validated and heard. Dr. Satterfield and his staff are the best and as long as I have pets I will continue going there.

Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital is an excellent place to take your pet. The staff are highly knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly, they genuinely care about your pet.

I cannot express how happy I am to have Dr Cox, and all of the team who work with her, at Norwich Town Veterinarian Hospital to be in charge of all of my pets Healthcare needs now.. at a time when I was very scared and worried about my newly adopted Cane Corso, this group took us in on an emergency visit immediately and have been truly awesome with their concentrated Focus to not only figure out what was wrong, but to also make immediate plans to fix the problem. They are truly one of the best places to go when you need professionalism patience, compassion and attention for your pets! I am grateful to Dr Cox and all the team for the hard work and dedication that they have committed to help my baby and put him on the road to recovery.

This animal hospital is full of CARING caregivers and staff. My dog has been seen there for more than two years for regular care, emergency visits and surgery. I highly recommend this office for the best treatment of your pet.

They saw my cat for the first time today and I can't say enough good things about them. Knowledgeable staff who obviously care about the animals, not just their job. My cat had to get blood work, and he hated every part of it. The vet tech held my cat down very firmly, but you could tell they did it with care. Now: I'm sorry I have to share both sides, so here's my cat's review 0/5 stars! They held me down and tried to take all of my blood! Then they stabbed me again! (Rabies shot) and then after I was told that my breath stinks! (Poor kitty needs a dental cleaning) But seriously, this place is great.

Compassionate, professional Veterinarians, technologists, staff work in NVH. Dr. Cox, Kim, and other staff members examined our distressed cat without an appointment and helped through the anguished decision to euthanize our precious cat. We are most grateful for their competent caring and help in ushering our cat humanely into her next life. We highly recommend this practice. We appreciate Dr. Tretter, Rebecca, and all others who've taken care of our cats.
